SNOWY COLORADO MOUNTAIN ENGAGEMENT
KORI + JOSH EMBRACE THE WEATHER AT THE MEADOWS AT MARSHDALE!
Kori and Josh are just about the cutest couple....EVER. In efforts to put together a fun little styled shoot (more on this later!) last month-- I needed some models! ;) I ask Kori and Josh (who are REALLY engaged and getting married in November!) if they'd like to come be our models, and I'd be happy to do some engagement portraits for them as well! They jumped right on it! Thanks guys!!
We did our shoot up in Evergreen at The Meadows at Marshdale! I love this place-- it's such an awesome Colorado Wedding venue for an outdoor mountain wedding- and an adorable Barn for reception! The staff and owners there are super sweet too-- which is amazing! They let us come play up there to do some styled shots- and then roam around on the land to do these Engagement photos too! We happen to get a crazy weather sort of a day (would you expect anything less in Colorado!?)- and I almost called it off-- but held strong! Right in the middle of the Engagement photos- we started to get some pretty good snow starting to come down--- and by the time we were doing our "Bridal" portraits-- we were in a pretty good white out!! (Again, I will do a separate post for these pics!)! Kori and Josh were totally awesome and rolled with the punches and cold and wet weather!
