So, I'm finally taking some time to go back a couple years and look at some sessions that didn't get any blog love back then! As I really start to push these Documentary Family Story sessions- I realize that I have a few that I did in 2014 when I first really started wanting to offer these-- and should share them!
This is the Blair family. I love them. One of their kiddos went to school with my boys too- and they are truly just an amazing, sweet, genuine family. I got to spend one fall Saturday with them a couple years ago-- and I remember just being so amazed at how they truly just spend the day together as a family-- no phone, computers, etc. They played together, worked together as a parent team- and still made time for the dog! lol. We went to a basketball game for the boys, played in the fall leaves, rode bikes, and even played a family soccer game in the backyard! I had done a "normal" portrait session for this family before- and I thought they'd really enjoy having these documentary style photos as well-- and I'm so glad we did it!
Thank you Blair family for being awesome- and letting me practice my skills for these types of sessions, and falling in love with them even more!
