GORGEOUS FALL MOUNTAIN ENGAGEMENT PHOTOGRAPHY WITH VIEW OF ROCKY MOUNTAINS!
Sometimes everything is just awesome. Is that a grandiose statement? Probably....but that is how I felt the minute that I drove up to George's private land and home outside of Granby/Grand Lake. This is literally some of the most gorgeous area in Colorado (in my opinion)- with stunning views of the lakes, and of course Rocky Mountain National Park (via Trail Ridge Road- gorgeous!) just beyond.
When George asked if we could just do their session up there-- I was of course stoked. Really though, it was the beer koozie and driving of my own ATV throughout the mountainside that really did it for me. REALLY!?? This is why I love my clients.
We hung out for a while with the dogs and took a fun drive around the property on the 4-wheelers to map out where to do photos (which really....was anywhere!)-- I also spied a random Teepee that I fell in love with as well. I told George he could make a ton of money opening his own Wedding Venue! The Aspens were still changing, and even though it was a weird year for them-- we found an awesome little grove with some nice yellows and oranges/reds. Of course-- that view too! Stunning.
It was a blast of an afternoon- with gorgeous light and a killer sunset to end the evening! I am so stoked to be shooting their wedding in June at Strawberry Creek Ranch! Woop woop!! Thanks for the fun afternoon guys!!
