Sunny Stanley hotel Winter wedding

Gorgeous Colorado winter afternoon to be an Estes Park Wedding Photographer!

This one is from last Winter, but I can’t believe I hadn’t shared yet…so here we go!!

When I met up with these two and their families in a coffee shop, to chat about being their photographer….I instantly loved Rebecca lol. She already had a planner and spreadsheets going, and knew what she wanted, but was so sweet and funny as heck! I also loved how Mick looked at her, and knew they had a wonderful dynamic going on!
Fast-forward to their Engagement session later that year in Summit County, and I truly got to see these two together, and how much fun they had…and I knew their wedding would be a blast to photograph and be a part of! To check out their beautiful Engagement session, click here!

Fast-forward again to a Sunny March day in Estes Park! It was a perfect mix of Sun and snow…and when I saw Becca’s Dress, jewelry and awesome hiking boots….it was the perfect attire! She ad also rented a gorgeous Fur that gave it that perfect Winter touch! I LOVED the different shades of Greens all the bridesmaids wore, and they each had beautiful fur hand-warmers and adorable bags to match. Everything was pulled together seamlessly and beautifully by the talented Sarah Viera Event team- the perfect style florals, and reception decor to compliment the season and location.

There were a ton of laughs and smiles the whole day- and just an overall feeling of happiness! I have to say though, that I knew these were my peeps, when they were game for re-creating (we tried lol!) some Dumb and Dumber running-up-the-stairs photos (in her dress lol!)….and of course a scary-ish style photo Ode to The Shining (both films were filmed in part/based on the The Stanley Hotel.)
