Sunny Colorado Spring Mountain Wedding in the Rockies!
Well....you just don't get a prettier backdrop than this for your wedding day. Mic drop.
I love Colorado. I love it for so many reasons- but the fact that I get to meet awesome people and be with them on their wedding day-- in places like this-- well....that's pretty sweet.
Rebecca and Scott are seriously some of the most fun and genuine people I have met! We did their Engagement session up in Estes Park last year too- and I could probably literally do a large collage of all of Scotts hilarious faces-- and Rebecca's reactions to them. He really knows how to get her to laugh-- which is the BEST!! I loved being a part of their adventure-- and I can't wait to see what come next for them!
Their wedding day was a gorgeous Spring day up in Estes Park- at Della Terra Mountain Chateaux! In Colorado, Spring means either blue skies and 70's....or a blizzard. I was so so so happy to wake up to blue skies that day-- and they stayed!!! We did deal with a bit of Wind-- but I'll take it opposed to a blizzard! After the ceremony, we whisked the couple down the road to Rocky Mountain National Park (the entrance is just down the road from Della Terra), for a few portraits-- we literally only did about 5 minutes of photos though-- poor Rebecca was frozen to the core after the wind had chilled her during our family portraits! That 5 minutes was worth it though!
The rest of the evening went a long swimmingly with a great Bridal Party introduction and first dance with bridal party, hilarious toasts, great food, and glo-necklaces! woot woot!!
