I have had the opportunity to do some Family Story sessions lately….and if you know me at all, or have talked to me about Family Photography in general….you know how I feel about these kind of sessions! (I LOVE THEM!!) It is so much more than just a Colorado family photography session….yes, we will get pretty outdoor photos (like the ones you see in the Hobby Lobby photo frames! ;), but you will also have some specific memories and traditions, and documentation of your LIFE….as it is….RIGHT NOW. Trust me when I say, the time flies!! I am currently trying to grasp the notion that my boys are going to be NINE YEARS OLD….3rd grade next year…..WHAT?! I literally still see them as little 3 year olds in my head…and I am now frantically wondering if I got enough photos of all the “little things”, and their tiny faces before losing their teeth (they are currently growing their awkward front adult “buckteeth” lol), and their little feet (as Mason’s are almost as big as mine already…), and do I have PHOTOS OF ME WITH THEM!?? The struggle is REAL…. (being a Parent….).
Guess what though!? We can do all this for YOU! So that you don’t have to wonder!! WOOHOO!!
I am going to be soon promoting these sessions pretty hard core because I believe int hem so much….you will thank yourself 5 years from now for doing one!! ;) . Ok, sorry H Family!!! I hacked your Peek!! ;) . Anyway, here’s are just a handful of photos from our session up in Windsor, Colorado last week! C (the little boy), is just the absolute SWEETEST boy….and I had a blast (literally….I kinda like just hanging out with kids lol…) hanging out with him that afternoon. Of course it always hits home for me how big my own boys are getting…anytime I photograph a little boy….but I love it because it always reminds me of how luck I am to have them, and gives me constant appreciation for what I have. (All the HEART emojis…)
After we did our Story photos at their home, we headed over to Rist Canyon Inn in Fort Collins, to get a few outdoor portraits (Mama Bear has connections there!).
