Gorgeous Colorado Fall Mountain Engagement

Perfect day for Engagement photos at Lake Dillon and up on Loveland Pass!

Fall in Colorado is magical time (especially for an Adventure Engagement Session!)….although I think Fall in general is pretty much anywhere lol. However! There are a few special weeks in September specifically when the Colorado Aspens do their thing in the Mountains…and it’s pretty good probability you will also have the warm air and gorgeous Colorado Blue sky! Agh…..it’s the BEST!

I met up with Anna and Michael at Lake Dillon near Frisco, and we jaunted around the colorful Aspens on the Lake! then we hit up the other side of the Lake and headed out near the water for some variety! They had wanted to incorporate the Fall Colors for their Colorado Engagement, and I think we hit it!!

After frolicking (I just like using that word….) around thee Lake and trees, we headed up to Loveland Pass at Sunset for some high Alpine views and and different kind of Color! We had a beautiful evening up on the Pass 9not too windy!), and had a killer Colorado sunset and Alpenglow on the mountains! The sun goes down fast up there once it hits the ridge- and we hit it right at Sunset- but the twilight colors are gorgeous as well, and some of my favs!
