Oh these two--- one word comes to mind.....FUN. I love them! They are such a great couple together-- balancing out different aspects of each other's personalities! I had a great time getting to know them a bit when a friend introduced us a while back-- and then hanging out on our engagement session and during the wedding planning process. Kari is just so full of life (as you will see in the photos!), and has a contagious free-spirit energy that I just love being around.
Agagin, as you will see in the photos, we had quite the weather for this MAY wedding in Colorado! WE started the day with blue skies and green grass.....just to turn into one of the snowiest days all year-- and without a doubt the biggest snow storm I have ever photographed in!! It was a challenge that turned out beautiful though....and never once did the Bride or Groom get down because of the weather! That is what you get in Colorado (Spring especially!)-- 60 degree temperature shifts and all 3 different seasons in one day ;)
I LOVE these snowy photos of Kari & Marvin...and doesn't Kari just look ridiculously beautiful with her feathery shawl and bright flowers in the SNOW!? Gorg.
Check out the decor and flowers!! Are you kidding me!? I can't tell you who is responsible at the moment because I am posting this without all my notes from their wedding...but once I have the Vendor info I will edit it in! These succulents and terrariums and sprigs, wooden branches, and all the pops of color....just phenomenal. Kari had an awesome vision for her day-- and she created something amazing! (They actually MADE the hanging Chandelier as well!)
