As I sit here....in July....and look at all the sessions that I have not blogged or added to my website (never-ending task...) from over a year ago now....I realize that I thought I blogged this one, like, a year ago. Blame it on the exhaustion of twins...or wine...either I guess.
Regardless, I loved this session!! I am thinking these two lovebirds are probably either married by now- or getting close to it!! They were from out of state originally, and getting married back in their home town...so I unfortunately did not get to shoot their wedding-- which is a bummer because they were super sweet- and just super-duper adorable! I hope they are enjoying their Wedding Summer!!
We wanted to do some Epic Colorado mountain views, and I decided that Loveland Pass would be perfect. There are so many amazing Epic mountain areas near Denver area...Breckenridge, Keystone, Sapphire Point, Vail area, Silverthorne...and in the other direction you have Rocky Mountain National Park, Estes Park, Boulder, etc.....the list goes on! However, I personally love Loveland Pass- as it is super close, you literally drive right up to it, and it never disappoints! Although in the Winter it is a bit hairier!
A few things I loved about this session....Brett wanted to incorporate his motorcycle into a few photos- so we had Mattie jump on his lap- and it was super cute!! We also grabbed some shots of him wearing his late-fathers' old Jacket....I have to admit I was pretty teary behind the lens! I love when couples like to incorporate important treasures, or places, into their sessions! Makes the photos that much more memorable in my opinion!
Anyway- hope you all enjoy this beautiful sunset Engagement session! It was a beautiful evening- and great company!!
