I know....this isn't a picture-perfect family photo.....and I LOVE IT. This is 100% what it like to be/photograph a 5 and 2 year old. This is life people lol.

Now, of course we got really cute photos too- but I love catching these in between moments in my Lifestyle Family photo sessions! I try to blend documentary along with portraiture best I can!

This family is near and dear to me- one of my first families I ever photographed...and they have been with me the while time! So grateful!! It's also nice that we are neighbors now, so we can do their annual portraits just down the street from our houses in beautiful Evergreen!! ;) sweet!! This year we met up at Flying J Ranch for photos, and just spent some time walking around the trails and such, and ate a lot of EASTER CANDY! ;) (this session was back in late spring!). *Disclaimer** If you bring candy to a session for your kids.....I will eat it too. ;) The girls did great, and it was a nice way to kick off Summer!
